Following a career in Human Resources, Ginger accepted an opportunity in the mortgage industry as a loan officer assistant. Up for the challenge, Ginger worked her way to Processor, Marketing Manager, Team Captain, Team Trainer and now Loan Specialist. Ginger earned a degree in International Business Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio and is a two-time graduate of Rapport Leadership International. She is also a member of the Alpine Chamber of Commerce.

Bob Heckler was born in Columbus, Ohio, and has lived in Austin for 20 years. He earned a B.S. with a major in aircraft maintenance engineering and also served in the Army as a helicopter pilot; he still retains his pilot's license. A family man with two adult children and two very special grandsons, he and his wife enjoy antiques and have a most unusual collection of over 2,000 children's books.
