Ryan Leahy:  Sr. Loan Officer
Ryan values continued education and has earned our firm the accreditation of Certified Mortgage Planning Specialists – a designation achieved by less than 1% of mortgage lenders nationwide. Ryan is also one of two Certified Divorce Planners in the State of Texas.  Ryan began his financial career as an investment advisor in 1999 and has implemented those core financial planning principles as the bedrock of our firm’s practices.  Ryan has been a licensed loan officer since 2002, a broker since 2004, and a mortgage banker since 2007.

Ryan co-hosts a Sunday afternoon radio show at 1pm with co-worker Sam Trantham called Mortgage Savvy on 1370AM.  The show educates listeners about the current market conditions and allows for live conversation between mortgage and real estate professionals, as well as callers. If Ryan isn’t working and the sun is out, you can find him practicing his passion out on the golf course.  He also enjoys hunting and archery, and on the weekend he dusts off his rifle and crossbow for target practice.
