Since 1996, Marlys Nash has channeled her passion for helping people and her love of numbers and finance into a rewarding career as a residential lending specialist. Prior to joining the residential side of the industry, Marlys spent 13 years as a commercial loan officer. She holds the designation of Certified Mortgage Lender from the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and is currently a Senior Loan Officer for Cornerstone Mortgage Company in Arvada, Colorado.

Originally from South Dakota, Marlys graduated from South Dakota State University with a B.S. in Economics and Agricultural Finance; she considers Colorado, however, her true home. A Kiwanian, a Denver West Chamber member and an active church member, Marlys enjoys spending time with her family and friends and reading a good book. She also stays active - literally - bike riding and four wheeling in the mountains during the summer and skiing during the winter, as well as regularly working out. Marlys and her husband recently adopted a baby and are thrilled to be new parents.
