We are thrilled beyond words. But I'm somewhat of a word-smith, so I do want to say something else.
You might just think you were just doing your job, but your job makes other people's lives better. You should have a great deal of job satisfaction in knowing that your work makes a difference to others. Your service was excellent and the outcome is superb.
We love our new house and the fact that we got such a great deal and mortgage rate. You made it happen for us, so we are eternally thankful.

Now that we are down to the last few days before closing, I wanted to take the time to tell you how much I appreciate the service you have provided. You have not only made this process simple and pleasant but have gone beyond what I expect for customer service.
I have given you a hard time about getting a life but at the same time I understand that you work in an unstable industry during financial down times. I will continue to believe that the many times you have responded at off hours for very minor inquires was beyond what I believe businesses have a right to expect from employees, I want you and your management to know that I do appreciate your efforts.
