• If you obtained a first and second lien, they are 2 separate accounts with 2 account numbers.  It is advantageous to keep separate records and make separate payments.
• Year end tax and interest statements are mailed each year no later than January 31.  Our plans are to have this information available online for the 2007 year end reporting period.
• Real estate filings are public record and are accessed frequently by mortgage industry solicitors.  As a new homeowner you will receive an abundance of solicitation mailings.  Cornerstone does not generate these offers and we are in no way affiliated with any of the companies that do.
