Each Loan Originator has a personalized website with their name as the domain address.

• Contact Form for customer to e-mail

Optional Features Include:

• Links to valuable industry, market and area information

Loan Originators access an online record of their loan applications through an Admin Page. This allows Loan Originators to review the application, produce a personalized Good Faith Estimate and send it to the applicant.

The online database is also capable of:

• Producing a Rate Lock for both the applicant and secondary marketing
• Producing a Truth-In-Lending
• Producing Basic Disclosures
• Printing a 1003
• Ordering credit report(s)
• Connecting to desktop underwriting (DU and LP systems)
• Downloading to internal processing system
• Downloading to ACT, our Contact Management System
