Point of contact for appraisers, title companies, insurance agents, and realtors. Kim also handles all post-closing customer service questions. Kim knows the concerns people have when purchasing a home, and her No. 1 priority is making sure her clients are taken care of throughout the entire transaction.

Kerri Rigsby

Point of contact for customers with loans in process. Responsible for submission of loans to underwriting and closing; coordinates with the customer and title company to ensure closing goes smoothly. Kerri strives to exceed the expectation of her customers and feels her greatest accomplishment is the relationships she has formed with her clients.

Brett McClellan

Brett McClellan, Production Partner for Gina Jackson, is dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. He expects the goals and values of the company he works for to parallel his own, and he found that same vision for excellence in Cornerstone Mortgage Company.

After earning a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Kansas, Brett began his career in personal banking. He quickly realized his passion for helping people achieve their home-buying dreams and was given the opportunity to work in home fi nancing. Brett’s quick success earned him many prestigious awards for customer satisfaction and closing percentages. Brett recently relocated to Dallas, Texas, to join Cornerstone Mortgage Company.

Brett’s new role as a Production Partner at Cornerstone allows him to return to the personal aspect and customer interaction of the home-buying process that he missed
from his banking days. Th rough Cornerstone’s “Customer for Life” program, Brett provides clients not only with state-of-the-art technology and instant accessibility, but
