Heather joined the mortgage industry in 2000. She was a loan processor, closer, underwriter, and loan officer before becoming Mortgage Branch Manager. This experience gives her insight into each step of the home-financing process. Over the years, Heather has taken a second look at customers’ loan files that other lenders found challenging or couldn’t close. With her broad understanding of investor guidelines, she has helped those clients secure the right financing for their dream home. Heather loves seeing the joy and excitement that homeownership brings. She is also honored to be part of that milestone in her customers’ lives.

Born in Corpus Christi, Texas, Heather has lived in the state all her life. She graduated from Texas A&M University-Kingsville with a degree in Business. Heather delights in cooking for and spending time with family and friends.
