Mary Dinkins, Senior Vice President of Cornerstone Mortgage Company, has been a mortgage professional since 1981. Mary has been involved in every aspect of the business which has truly established her national reputation for excellence in the industry. During her long tenure in mortgage banking, she has distinguished herself as one of the top 100 loan originators in the country, has in excess of $1 billion in loan production, a return client rate of more than 90 percent and has helped thousands of families achieve their home-buying dreams. Aside from Mary’s personal production, she oversees offices in Colleyville, Texas, Salt Lake City, Utah, Las Vegas, Nevada and Manhattan Beach, California. She is also a nationally sought-after speaker at both community and industry-related events.
Mary grew up in Washington State and attended college at The University of California at Santa Barbara prior to moving to Texas. As well as her successful professional career, Mary is dedicated to her commitment to family and community. Mary has served as President of the Dallas Mortgage Bankers Association, Director of the Texas Mortgage Bankers, the Board of Trustees of Good Shepherd Episcopal School, Greater Dallas Board of Realtors Leadership Council and a lay Eucharist Minister for her Church. She has been a volunteer for Voice of Hope Ministry, The Salvation army, The Scottish Rite Hospital and The Alzheimer Foundation. Her top priority, however, is her commitment to her husband and their three children.

Twila Baker, Production Partner for Mary Dinkins, has been working with mortgage clients for almost 30 years. She is dedicated to customer satisfaction, using her knowledge and expertise to help clients achieve their mortgage goals. Twila believes strongly in the vision statement of Cornerstone Mortgage Company – to conduct business with honesty, integrity and respect.
After traveling the world as the daughter of an Army officer, Twila spent her formative years in San Antonio. She attended Kansas State University where she was a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Twila also had the opportunity to spend her college summers working in San Francisco. After earning a degree in Economics and moving to Dallas, she began her career in mortgage banking.

Cindy is the point of contact for customers with loans in process. She is responsible for submission of loans, underwriting and closing. She coordinates with the customer and title company to ensure closing goes smoothly. Cindy was introduced to the mortgage industry in 1978 by her sister, who worked in the business. She has been working with Mary Dinkins since 1993, and she enjoys working directly with clients and familiarizing herself with the ever-changing home loan programs. She is dedicated to working toward each individual customer's best interest, and her many years of experience give her an excellent understanding of the home-financing process. She is an extremely hardworking and ethical professional, and she is a valuable member of the Mary Dinkins Team. Cindy's favorite thing to do, however, is to spend time with her husband and two sons.

Carol is the point of contact for Realtors, title companies and insurance agents. She also handles all aspects of Mary's marketing. Carol graduated from The University of Texas at Dallas with a degree in Business Marketing. She originally knew Mary Dinkins professionally, having been a real estate broker for 14 years. Mary was her mortgage lender of choice, and she financed hundreds of loans for Carol's clients. After taking time off from work with her children, Carol wanted to return to the industry on the lending side of the home-buying transaction, and Mary was the person with whom she wanted to be associated. With experience on all sides of the home-buying process, Carol understands how stressful it can be and has a unique understanding of how the entire transaction works. She is dedicated to providing the best service to make that process as smooth and streamlined as possible for the Mary Dinkins team clients, agents and vendors. |
