Margaret "Peggy" Kahler

Home Loan Consultant Margaret “Peggy” Kahler has been helping Washington residents accomplish their homeownership dreams since 2002. She truly enjoys the multiple facets of her job; especially custom-tailoring mortgage programs for her clients and helping her strategic partners grow their businesses. Throughout her career, Peggy has achieved numerous successes and awards including the honor of Platinum Club producer for a previous employer in 2009 and 2010.

Born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Peggy moved to the greater Seattle area in 1971. She maintains impeccable customer service due to her 23 years as a small business owner where she developed her business acumen. Her clients and business associates praise her genuine spirit and outgoing personality.

Her sincere generosity and caring heart are exemplified not only in her professional career, but also in her home life. She and her husband have two grown children, three dogs and a horse. Peggy and her husband also recently received their license for teen foster care. They look forward to this unique opportunity to serve and welcome others into their home.  

Peggy is a pillar in her community and proudly devotes her time to several organizations. She is a Charter Member of the Rotary Club of Duvall and has participated on their Board of Directors for four of the seven years of her membership. Peggy also held the responsibility of President of the Chamber of Commerce and has served on the Chamber Board for five of the last seven years.

Deborah Brodie

Senior Loan Officer Deborah Brodie has more than a decade of mortgage industry experience. Before launching her home-financing career, Deborah gained a valuable array of business know-how, including owning and operating her own small business and holding the title and responsibilities of Finance Manager/Director in the automotive industry.

Deborah's favorite aspects of her daily workload include helping her clients achieve their homeownership goals and overcoming any obstacles along the way. She is thankful for the life-long relationships that are built and is honored to remain her clients' trusted mortgage advisor long after the loan is closed.

She is proud that her hard work and passionate drive has built her business on a strong referral base. A consistent top producer, Deborah willingly goes the extra mile and is available around the clock for her clients.

As president of Women on the Way, Inc., Deborah devotes her time and energy to networking with other business women. This organization has a philanthropic focus and thrives on the pay it forward attitude. In her spare time, Deborah loves to entertain and cook for her family and friends. Her large Italian family is blessed with three sons and five grandchildren.
