Sheri Whitley, Mortgage Consultant for Brayden Capital, is passionate about making a difference in people’s lives. With more than two decades of Real Estate experience, Sheri has had the opportunity to fulfill her passion and continues to do so by helping clients achieve both financial and home ownership goals.

An enthusiastic problem-solver, Sheri is committed to providing the knowledge and resources her clients rely on from their mortgage lender. A graduate of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Sheri continues to dedicate much of her time to expanding her knowledge through serving on numerous Real Estate and builder committees. Her presence is also felt throughout her community as she volunteers in local schools and organizations.

Sheri’s accountability as a mortgage professional led her to Cornerstone Home Lending. Experienced mortgage lenders like Sheri characterize Brayden Capital’s reputation for ethical, customer-focused service. Together, they provide in-house underwriting, fast pre-qualification and a nationwide pool of investors to choose from. Sheri is also able to lend in all 50 states.

Sheri made Charlotte, North Carolina her home more than 20 years ago. In addition to volunteering, Sheri loves spending spare time with her husband, two sons and their black Labrador.
