Then you were also able to provide me with a pre-approval letter for up to 8 properties the same day you received them. With other mortgage companies I've worked with, whether for purchase or refi, there has always been a lot of "back-and-forth" on the documentation, especially once the underwriter gets involved.

So, really, I do want to thank you for what you've offered me! I also mentioned to Lisa on the phone that there's no way I could have financed 5 houses with no money down without Cornerstone, so I'm sure she realizes your services would be extremely valuable to other investors of hers as well. On top of that I've referred a few of my friends to you who are also interested in the Texas HUD.
