Before helping people identify the right loan, Bill Besher helped people find their dream home. He launched his real estate career in 2006 where he served in new home sales. Inspired by his ongoing quest to help others, Bill joined the residential lending side of the business and became part of the Cornerstone family in early 2016.
In work and in life, Bill has stayed true to a simple philosophy: People don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care. He takes the time to truly listen and values what’s important to his clients. He genuinely cares about his customers and offers personalized solutions so they can achieve their homeownership goals. Bill is dedicated to being a trusted resource to his clients throughout the loan process and beyond.
Born and raised in Missouri, Bill graduated from Rollins College in Florida and has lived in Colorado since 2002. Outside of work, he devotes his time to his wonderful family and the Colorado lifestyle. Bill also enjoys skiing, mountain biking, golf, and catching the latest flick.

Professional, caring, and dependable, Loan Officer Kristen Fuller is dedicated to supporting clients through their home loan process, by helping them get into a home they really want or need or providing financial improvement through a refinance. “I love working with clients to make their hopes, dreams, and plans become real,” Kristen says.
Passionate about great service, Kristen ensures clients receive consistent communication and a clear understanding of the process and numbers. Known for strong problem-solving skills, she is driven to find a solution at any bump in the road and swiftly resolve any hiccups. Beyond providing an exceptional experience, Kristen strives for each homebuyer to feel like they are her only client.
Outside of work, Kristen enjoys being with friends and family, volunteering in her community, and spending tine outdoors – walking, running, and hiking.
