Guided by a heart for service and backed by an amazing team, Ryan Niles offers more than 15 years of
experience in mortgage lending. "My team and I share a fierce passion for taking great care of our clients
and making the mortgage process as seamless as possible," Ryan says. "Home lending is our platform to
positively transform lives and fulfill long-term goals through responsible homeownership."
Whether helping a client buy their first home, improve their home loan savings, or leverage their equity,
Ryan offers comprehensive planning and education. He applies the knowledge he's gained over the years to
find creative financing options that fit his customers' unique needs. Ryan and his team collaborate closely
to bring value and exceptional service to each client's transaction. They work when real estate happens,
not just during the traditional 9 AM to 5 PM business day. The Niles Team also always works in their
clients' interests. They offer transparency and trusted insight so customers can make confident, well-informed
mortgage decisions.
An honors graduate from the University of Washington, Ryan holds a business administration degree with a concentration in finance and marketing. He has lived in the Seattle area since 1999 and enjoys its rich culinary, arts, and culture scene. An avid sports fan, he is passionate about the UW football and basketball teams as well as our Seahawks. Traveling, hiking the Pacific Northwest, golfing, wine tasting, running, and spending time with his superhero wife Kami, newborn son Grayson, and dog Charlie round out his other activities outside of work. Currently living in Bainbridge Island and running the Cornerstone office here, Ryan's absolute favorite pastime is family time and helping his amazing clients.

David Kirske, Mortgage Advisor at Cornerstone Home Lending, started
with The Niles Team in 2018 after Graduating from Gonzaga University with a Business Finance
degree. David assist clients through the initial steps of obtaining a loan all the way
through the process to ensure an seamless closing.
David was born and raised in Washington and spends his free time in the outdoors, skiing,
paddle boarding, and traveling.

believes in Cornerstone's mission of making a positive difference in people's lives, and she strives to achieve this
mission each day in all that she does.
During the loan process, Shannon will package and submit your loan to underwriting for approval.

Originally from Las Vegas, Shannon relocated to Lynnwood, Washington, in 2004. She and her husband have been together for
20 years, and have two sons. The Cordova family loves spending time together and exploring all the sights and sounds Washington
has to offer!
