Scott Wagner

Scott Wagner joined the mortgage industry in 2003. He builds lasting relationships with clients and referral partners, and loves helping people realize their dream of becoming a homeowner.
A California native, Scott moved to Western Colorado in 2011. Before joining Cornerstone Home Lending, he worked as a Senior Underwriter for Wells Fargo. Inspired by the company’s mission to make a positive difference in the lives of others, Scott made Cornerstone his professional home in 2015.
Scott works closely with clients to help them understand all of their options. He treats each client as if they were his only customer, offering custom care and guidance. Scott also gives the same level of service commitment to his industry partners.
With access to Cornerstone’s top mortgage investor sources nationwide, Scott can offer a wide range of home loan programs to help a variety of buyers’ needs. Plus, both customers and partners know they can rely on him to be there for them in the years to come.
Outside of the office, Scott is an avid skier and loves whitewater rafting. He also spends time coaching little league and playing softball.

Michelle Shaw
Operations Manager
Michelle has been in the mortgage industry for 30 years, starting out as a receptionist. During her career, she has performed several different positions from closing, shipping and underwriting, but processing has always been her passion as it gave her the opportunity to help families realize their dream of homeownership.
As an operations manager, Michelle has taken her knowledge and passion for processing to give other processors the vision to help families achieve the homeownership dream.
In her free time, she enjoys boating, hiking ,camping, travel, theater and concerts. Spending time with her family and her French bulldog is a high priority to Michelle.
Brisa Garcia

Brisa was born in Zacatecas, Mexico and raised in the Roaring Fork Valley. After spending over a decade as a customer service representative at a local community bank, Brisa mastered the skills needed to give her clients a “wow” customer service experience. Being fluent in both English and Spanish, Brisa has become a great asset to The Fuller Team Zig’s Mountain Home Team in helping make homeownership for the Hispanic community more accessible.
When she is not working you can find Brisa outside exploring what nature has to offer and spending quality time with her daughter.
