It’s clear why David Couch has been a Cornerstone Home Lending Top Producer for six consecutive years. His passion to serve others shines in everything he does. A dedicated loan officer, he never shies away from a complex transaction. For David, it’s another opportunity to make someone’s homeownership dreams come true.
Becoming a loan officer was a natural progression for David. While still in college, he delivered documents for mortgage companies. His roles after graduation include loan officer assistant and loan processor for one of the largest homebuilders in Texas. After his four-year tenure in processing, David became a full-time loan officer in 2002.
David’s heart of service extends outside of family and work. Along with his brothers-in-law, David helped with citizen rescues in Houston during Hurricane Harvey. He has also hosted a fish fry in Sutherland Springs with proceeds benefiting first responders and survivors.
David grew up traveling and fishing all around the world with his dad. He enjoys spending weekends at the coast with his wife, Jennifer, their two children, Wade and Angie, and their three dogs. A sports-loving family, the Couches attend one Houston Texans road game every year to city they haven't been to before.
