David Ronning joined the mortgage industry in 2009. A caring, creative, and dedicated professional, he explores every opportunity to help people achieve their homeownership dreams.

David is a big believer in good, old fashioned service. Although he’s instantly accessible online or over the smartphone, he’s always ready to personally meet with clients face-to-face. He works closely with each customer, taking the time to learn why they want to buy a home to better serve their needs. David also offers clear, accurate, and timely communication at each step.

“Buying a home can be overwhelming, so I do everything I can to make the experience as simple and stress-free as possible,” says David. “My customers will always know what their options are, where they are in the process, and what to expect next. With my clients’ permission, I can also share updates with their realtors to help keep the closing on track and on time.”

Born and raised in Woodinville, Washington, David graduated from Portland State University with a bachelor of science in business management. When he’s not at work, he’s with his wife and their three (soon-to-be four) children. David also enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. Snowboarding, fly-fishing, running, surfing, and camping are among his favorite activities.
