Builder 100 2026 Hospitality Suite Promotion 

Official Promotion Rules 

1. Sponsor 

The Builder 100 2026 Hospitality Suite Promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB, doing business as Cornerstone Home Lending (“Cornerstone” or “Sponsor”). 

2. Promotion Period 

The Promotion will take place during the Builder 100 Conference, scheduled for May 5, 2026, during the hours the Cornerstone Hospitality Suite is open to attendees. 

3. Eligibility 

Participation in this Promotion is limited to individuals who: 

  • Are registered attendees of the Builder 100 Conference  
  • Are industry professionals (including builder representatives, executives, and existing or prospective Cornerstone partners) 
  • Are 21 years of age or older  
  • Are present at the Cornerstone Hospitality Suite during the Promotion Period  

Employees of Cornerstone Capital Bank, SSB, its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliated entities, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. 

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility. 

4. How to Participate 

Eligible participants may receive a promotional voucher for one pair of custom On Cloud 6 shoes by On by completing the following steps during the Promotion Period: 

  1. Visit the Cornerstone Hospitality Suite during Builder 100.  
  2. Participate in a meeting or discussion with a Cornerstone representative regarding Cornerstone’s builder-lending partnership solutions.
  3. Schedule a post-event follow-up call or meeting with Cornerstone while onsite at the event.  

Participation is open to qualified industry professionals, including existing and prospective builder partners, and is intended solely for business networking and relationship-building purposes. 

Upon completion of these steps and verification by a Cornerstone representative, eligible participants may receive a voucher redeemable for one pair of custom On Cloud 6 shoes by On, while supplies lasts. 

5. Promotional Item 

Eligible participants will receive: 

One (1) voucher redeemable for a pair of custom On Cloud 6 shoes by On 

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $160USD 

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if the advertised item becomes unavailable. 

Limit: One (1) promotional item per eligible participant. 

6. Quantity Limitation 

The number of promotional vouchers available is limited and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis to eligible participants who complete the participation requirements. 

Once all vouchers have been distributed, the Promotion will end. 

7. Redemption 

Participants may redeem their voucher by customizing their shoes on-site during the event or by selecting a shipping option if available. 

Sponsor is not responsible for delays in shipping, fulfillment, or manufacturer availability. 

8. No Purchase Necessary 

No purchase or financial transaction is required to participate in this Promotion. 

Participation in discussions about Cornerstone’s services does not obligate participants to enter into any business relationship with Cornerstone. 

9. General Conditions 

By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to: 

  • Abide by these Official Rules  
  • Accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final  

Sponsor reserves the right to: 

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion if necessary  
  • Disqualify any participant who tampers with the Promotion or violates these rules  

Receipt of a promotional item is not contingent upon entering into any agreement, referral relationship, or business transaction with Cornerstone. 

10. Publicity 

By participating in the Promotion, participants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, and organization name for promotional purposes related to the event without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

Sponsor is not responsible for: 

  • Technical failures  
  • Lost, late, or misdirected entries  
  • Errors in Promotion administration  

Participants assume all liability related to acceptance and use of the promotional item. 

12. Governing Law 

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
