2 recent pay stubs
W2s for the most recent two years
Tax returns for the most recent two years (both personal and business)
K1s and 1099s (if applicable)for the most recent two years
2 recent bank statements, all pages, all accounts
A letter of explanation (signed) and any supporting documentation to explain any large deposits in excess of 10% of your gross income
A copy of your Id(s) - front and back
The name/number of your Homeowner’s Insurance (if this is a purchase, you can start shopping now!)
If you will be selling your home, we will need a copy of your final signed Settlement Statement
Letter of Explanation may be required regarding:  inquiries, job gaps, derogatory credit, etc.
*Note:  If this is a refinance, we will also need a copy of your most recent mortgage statement and a copy of your initial Promissory Note and Settlement Statement from when you purchased your home.

If you are currently in the Military, we need a Statement of Service from your Commanding Officer
If you are no longer active duty, we will need a copy of your DD214
2 recent bank statements, all pages, all accounts
A letter of explanation (signed) and any supporting documentation to explain any large deposits in excess of 10% of your gross income
A copy of your Id(s) - front and back
The name/number of your Homeowner’s Insurance (if this is a purchase, you can start shopping now!)
