David Kirske, Mortgage Advisor at Cornerstone Home Lending, started with The Niles Team in 2018 after Graduating from Gonzaga University with a Business Finance degree. David assist clients through the initial steps of obtaining a loan all the way through the process to ensure an seamless closing.
David was born and raised in Washington and spends his free time in the outdoors, skiing, paddle boarding, and traveling.

Originally from Las Vegas, Shannon relocated to Lynnwood, Washington, in 2004. She and her husband have been together for 20 years, and have two sons. The Cordova family loves spending time together and exploring all the sights and sounds Washington has to offer!
