Debbie Havens is a Licensed Senior Loan Officer with 20+ years of experience in the home financing industry. She has also taught many homebuyer classes here in Colorado Springs.

As Production Associate to the Debbie Havens Team, Samantha works closely with clients throughout their home loan process, guiding them step-by-step, ensuring consistent communication, and following through on each detail needed for a smooth and on-time closing.
With a strong relationship focus, Samantha takes time to dig beneath the surface with clients and business partners. She loves learning about their hobbies, interests, and family lives. For Samantha, the most satisfying part of her role is seeing the light in a client’s eyes grow brighter as they move through their home purchase process. "At the closing table, you can see just by looking at them, how happy they are to be achieving a dream," she says.
Samantha was born and raised in Colorado Springs. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exploring the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda Smith loves helping people achieve their homeownership dreams—especially when they thought it wouldn't be possible. A dedicated, knowledgeable mortgage advisor, she excels in finding mortgage solutions that fit her clients' unique needs. "Becoming a homeowner is an amazing milestone," she says. "I want my clients to enjoy the experience, so I do everything I can to make the financing side as effortless as possible."
Amanda honed her exceptional customer service first in the food service field and then as a medical assistant. She joined the real estate industry in 2013 and transitioned to the mortgage side of the business two years later. In November 2019, Amanda made Cornerstone Home Lending her professional home because the company's mission aligns with her personal passion: To make a positive difference in the lives of others.
Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Amanda lived in Germany for a few years before her family settled in Colorado when she was about six years old. She considers Colorado Springs her true hometown. Amanda spends most of her time outside of work keeping up with her three boys and their many school activities. You'll usually find her cheering the loudest at her sons' soccer matches!

Backed by his honest guidance, crystal-clear communication, and prompt responses, Joe's clients can make confident, well-informed mortgage decisions.
Born and raised in Bangor, Maine, Joe has lived in Colorado Springs since 1990. He graduated from the United States Air Force Academy with a bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Science and a master's degree in Procurement Management. After serving in the Air Force, he worked in financial services before joining the mortgage industry.
When he's not helping people achieve their homeownership dreams, you'll find Joe spending as much time as possible with his children and grandchildren.
