As Loan Officer, Jim works closely with homebuyers, providing education and support at each step of the home loan process. With 30 years in the industry, his vast knowledge of mortgage products and processes allow him to provide clients with efficient service and tailored guidance. His goal is to help homebuyers get the financing they need without pain or surprises along the way.

Jim grew up in Cleveland, Ohio, and has called Fort Collins home since 1997. He attended Heidelberg College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science. Outside of work, Jim enjoys staying busy with his wife, Kelly, and their two young children. His hobbies include mountain biking, soccer, skiing, and anything active. They are a family always in motion.
