With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Justin Rich brings unmatched knowledge, determination, and a deep-rooted passion for helping others achieve their dream of homeownership. Justin’s journey began in 2000 when a family friend invited him to become a loan processor. From that first step, he was hooked and never looked back. Year over year, Justin is named on our annual President’s Club Top Producing Loan Officer list.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and raised in Glendale, Arizona, Justin now lives in Surprise, AZ, with his wife and daughter. His career path has taken him from processing loans to owning his own mortgage brokerage, to working with home builders. Since 2022, he found his home as part of the Velocio Mortgage because of our strong, supportive culture and team-driven mindset.

What sets Justin apart is his tireless dedication to finding solutions for his clients. Whether it is a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, Justin approaches each situation with a problem-solving mindset, open communication, and a commitment to delivering the best service possible. He is known for being dependable, knowledgeable, and the kind of professional that people trust when challenges arise.

Outside the office, Justin enjoys soaking up the sunshine at the lake during the summer and heading to the sand dunes in Glamis, CA, during the winter months. These adventures reflect his energetic spirit and love for living life to the fullest, values he brings into every client relationship.
