With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Justin Rich brings unmatched knowledge, determination, and a deep-rooted passion for helping others achieve their dream of homeownership. A top producer in 2024, Justin’s journey began in 2000 when a family friend invited him to start processing loans. From that first step, he was hooked—and he’s never looked back.

Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and raised in Glendale, Arizona, Justin now lives in Surprise, AZ, with his wife and daughter. His career path has taken him from processing loans to owning his own mortgage brokerage, and ultimately to working with home builders. Since 2022, he’s been proud to be part of the Velocio Mortgage team—a place he was drawn to because of its strong, supportive culture and team-driven mindset.
