Focused on ensuring a smooth progression and on-time closing, his biggest motivation is wanting clients to be happy and enjoy a stress-free homebuying experience.

Born and raised in New York, Mark now resides in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their three children, being outdoors, and cooking.

Heather began her career in the mortgage industry right after college and has been passionate about helping families achieve homeownership ever since. With over a decade of experience, she takes pride in building strong relationships with her clients, guiding them through the process with clear communication, education, and care every step of the way. Heather understands that every situation is unique and works hard to find the best loan solutions to fit each client's needs.

She lives in Willow Springs with her husband and their twin boys, where life is filled with all things outdoors-from baseball fields and hunting trips to fishing adventures. When they're not playing or coaching sports, you'll find them cheering on the NC State Wolfpack together.

Emily’s journey to mortgage lending was shaped by her experiences as a military spouse. After years of moving from duty station to duty station, she understands firsthand both the excitement and challenges that come with putting down roots in a new place. That personal perspective, along with her background in finance and real estate, made the mortgage industry a perfect fit.

Earning her clients’ trust isn’t just part of the job—it’s what makes her work meaningful. Emily takes the time to understand what matters most to her clients. Driven, resourceful, and thoughtful, she explores financing solutions that not only help clients achieve homeownership but also give them confidence in planning for their family’s future.

Originally from Queens, New York, Emily has fully embraced the South as her home and now lives just outside of Fort Bragg in North Carolina. In her free time, she loves hitting the road for new adventures and making memories with her husband, two sweet boys, and their dog, Lola.
