For Flavio, being a loan officer isn’t just a job—it’s a personal mission rooted in his passion for making a difference.

After starting his career in finance in 2000, Flavio transitioned to the mortgage industry in 2007 with a desire to guide people through one of life’s most meaningful milestones: owning a home.

Flavio joined Priority Home Lending to better serve the needs of the communities he serves. With access to a wider range of home loan programs, he offers clients more solutions to achieve their homeownership dreams. He strives to make the financing process a smooth and worry-free experience, personally managing every loan and anticipating potential roadblocks to a seamless closing. Flavio’s greatest joy is celebrating alongside his clients when they receive the keys to their new home.

Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Flavio earned a Marketing degree from Pontificia Universidad Catolica Madre y Maestra in Santiago. In 1999, he fell in love with the Pacific Northwest and has called Portland, Oregon, home ever since. Outside of work, Flavio enjoys hiking, biking, and spending quality time with his children.
