I have been a mortgage consultant for 20 years. My business success is founded on client focus, identification of home buying needs, establishment of an understanding of the loan process, and tracking the process through to completion. I treat every client the way they would want to be treated, providing the utmost attention, carefulness, and time required for every transaction.

What sets me apart?
My goal is to provide paramount service and direction to clients from the beginning of the loan process until move-in day. I approach each loan as it if it were my loan, my home, and my family. This is the most substantial investment decision we face – influencing our families and our future. I collaborate with clients through each stage of their uniquely personal journey.
I don’t just talk – I listen. I solve problems by listening to truly understand what my clients need. The process requires detail-oriented professionals to ensure seamless completion of each step. I pride myself in assuming that detail burden successfully for my customers.
I really enjoy my community of clients. My enthusiasm involves getting to know clients and turning these clients into lifelong friends. I’ll be the first to show up at a house-warming party to celebrate!

What’s my story?
I've called Seattle home all my life. My wife, Karla, and our daughter, Kourtney, love everything Seattle has to offer! We’re passionate about our Seattle Seahawks and support all local sports teams. We truly enjoy being together as a family, spending the majority of our free time laughing and loving on each other. Other than being with my family, my greatest passion is to serve and mentor others. I have been afforded and shown so much goodness and love in my life. I want to share that with my clients and community.
