Ben was climbing the corporate ladder in banking when he realized something was missing. After 10 years in leadership roles, he wanted to get back out in the community to help people find home.

Growing up all over North Carolina, from Wilmington’s beaches to Chapel Hill’s college scene, Ben learned that home means something different to everyone. Born in Kentucky but raised as a Carolina kid, he brings that perspective to every conversation.

Ben's approach is all about listening first. He focuses on what's really driving someone's decision. Then he figures out how to make it happen. Being a top producer reflects his commitment to results, but celebrating the success of others is what brings him joy. From helping first-time buyers achieve homeownership to supporting partners and peers on challenging deals, Ben believes the best outcomes happen when everyone succeeds together.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find Ben simply outside. Kayaking, backpacking, and hiking are among his favorite outdoor activities. He’s learned that the best views come after the toughest climbs.
