A native Texan, born in Dallas and raised in Houston, David Bravo is proud to call Texas home. After attending the University of Houston, David launched a successful career, spanning nearly two decades, as a controls designer in the petrochemical engineering industry. In 1988, David's interest in the field of finance eventually led him to a mortgage banking career, where he's invested infinite hours learning programs specific to meeting the goals of his clients.

A consistent Top Producer, David has worked with numerous corporations relocating executives to the Houston area. He is a recognized specialist in new construction finance, as well as in the finance and refinance of existing properties. Focused on providing outstanding customer service, David and his team have earned both respect and referrals from their clients not only in the real estate industry but also in the Houston business community at large. As Regional Manager for Cornerstone Home Lending, one of Texas' largest privately held mortgage lenders, David's experience and leadership generates over $400 million in annual loan production for his region.

Through Cornerstone's "Customer for Life" program, David provides clients with not only state-of-the-art technology and on-line accessibility, but also expanded customer services unmatched in the industry. Cornerstone's in-house underwriting, fast pre-qualifications, a nationwide array of lenders to choose from and instant accessibility are all backed by what David regards as the indispensable ingredient for the right mortgage transaction----personal attention.

David also believes in giving back to the community through his involvement in business associations as well as civic and charity groups. His diverse interests include membership in the Houston Golf Association (HGA), having served as a three-term Vice President and Board Director. The HGA, promoters of the Shell Houston Open PGA TOUR event, has generated more than $50 million since 1974 for youth-oriented charities in the Houston area. David is also a Board of Director and officer in the Houston Mortgage Bankers Association, an active member of the Greater Houston Builders Association and holds an active Texas Real Estate License. David and his wife are members of Second Baptist Church and are also proud supporters of Texas Tech University, where their son graduated in 2012. Since 1987, David and his family have resided in the city of Spring Valley, one of the six Memorial Villages.
