A Little About Ed
Buying a home or building one is one of the biggest financial decisions most people will ever make. Every family, every Realtor, every builder, and every situation is different, which is why I’ve never believed in a one-size-fits-all approach.
For me, it always starts with a conversation.
I want to understand what you’re trying to accomplish, where you want to go, and what’s most important to you. From there, my role is simple: to help you navigate the path that gets you there.
Over the past 25+ years, I’ve had the privilege of helping thousands of families purchase homes, partnering with incredible Realtors and builders, and building successful teams throughout the mortgage industry. Those experiences have reinforced something I believe deeply:

My goal has never been to simply close another loan.
It’s to help people make confident decisions, navigate the process with clarity, and build lasting relationships with the families, Realtors, builders, and business partners I have the privilege of serving.
