Patricia has called Idaho home since she was four, and Twin Falls has been her community for the past 23 years. She started in mortgage as a loan assistant in 2017, and she loved the work so much that she became a licensed Loan Officer in 2020.

Clients mention her honesty first. She tells them what’s possible, explains what’s happening at every step, and answers when they call, including nights and weekends. Guidelines and programs change constantly, and she keeps up with them so clients don’t have to, which often means finding options people assumed weren’t available to them.

Away from work, Patricia serves on the board of Voices Against Violence and volunteers with local organizations supporting families. She’s a grandma to three, and she will happily talk fishing or family for hours.
