Rick came to Santa Barbara in 1996 to open a mortgage office, and he’s been part of the community ever since. In 2020, he was honored with the Affiliate of the Year award by the Santa Barbara Association of REALTORS®.

With more than 40 years of experience in title and mortgage, Rick has worked every side of a real estate transaction. From purchases and refinances to construction loans, he takes the time to educate his clients on all their options and what to expect at each step. Rick also helps clients understand how their credit affects what they can qualify for.

Rick grew up in Lemoore, California. He gives his time to two Santa Barbara youth nonprofits: the Santa Barbara Athletic Round Table, supporting local student athletes, and the Foresters/Hugs for Cubs, supporting families facing childhood cancer.
