Knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous, Loan Officer Tiffany Spell works closely with clients to lead them though the loan process and help them reach their homebuying goals. With 20 years in the industry, Tiffany is well-informed on mortgage products and experienced in helping clients through all types of hurdles and challenges. “No” isn’t in her vocabulary; she is determined to find a solution and work together with clients to get them where they want to go.

Tiffany’s hard work and determination has earned her accolades throughout her career, including President’s Club awards for the past five consecutive years. She was in the top 1% of Loan Officers in her company in 2016, 2017, and 2018.

Tiffany has called Hope Mills home her entire life. Outside of work, she enjoys loving on her babies, chickens and puppies, and working on her farm.

Joe Spell loves seeing the joy people experience as they get the keys to their new home. With knowledge, compassion, and an eagerness to serve, Joe guides buyers from application, to this joyful moment, and beyond.

Inspired to join the mortgage industry after his own experience buying his first home, Joe was disappointed by the lack of people willing to help him, as a first-time buyer with little knowledge of the process. Now an experienced Loan Officer, he helps buyers to be in-the-know regarding their home financing options and supports them throughout the process. Known for his exceptional customer service, Joe’s clients never have to worry about not being able to reach him and can count on him to stay in touch far beyond closing.

Joe is a lifetime resident of Hope Mills, NC. He enjoys spending his free time with family and friends on the lake, at the beach, or in the mountains.
