Mortgage Loan Originator Beau Couch started in the mortgage business in 1992 and has been lending in Northern Colorado since 1994. Whether his clients are first-time homebuyers or seasoned homeowners, he enjoys working with people and helping his customers find the right mortgage for their individual needs. He likes meeting new people and works hard to make the loan experience enjoyable for all involved. He has a stellar reputation in the Colorado mortgage industry for following through on his promises and for treating everyone fairly.
A lifetime resident of Colorado, Beau was born in Salida and currently lives in Windsor. He attended Western State College and graduated from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. He is a member of the Windsor, Greeley and Fort Collins chambers of commerce and the president of a private investment club. In his spare time, Beau enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting and playing Texas Hold ‘Em, and he also likes to spend time with his wife and young daughter.
