Meet Beth

Who I Am and Why I Do What I Do

Beth has been blessed with the opportunity to grow a fulfilling mortgage career. With more than 26 years of experience, she knows the full scope of the financing process and can quickly resolve any issues that could affect the loan closing. More importantly, Beth is passionate about helping people achieve their long-term dreams through homeownership. She truly cares about each client and will be there as a trusted mortgage resource now and in the years to come.

Born in Paris, Tennessee, Beth grew up in Boulder, Colorado. She joined the mortgage industry in 1992 while working for a local bank. From there, she moved on to larger financial institutions as a loan originator before joining Cornerstone Home Lending in 2018. Over the years, Beth has earned numerous top-producing awards and industry recognition, including the Boulder Area Board of Realtors’ Affiliate of the Year for 2015.

In 2022, Beth was recognized for her leadership and service to her community as a Notable Woman in the region's Top Mortgage Brokers and Title Officers for the Business Journal of Boulder Valley and Northern Colorado. Click here to view her nomination and profile (on page 7).

Beth devotes her time outside of work to her husband and their four kids (two human sons and two fur-babies). The Fredricksmeyer family enjoys hiking and spending time outdoors.
