Owning a home is one of the great American dreams. I am honored to work with my clients to make that dream a reality, not only in Alaska, but also throughout the lower 48 states. It is a privilege to teach, guide, and support my clients on their journey through the hurdles of homeownership.
Real estate has been part of my life for more than 10 years, and I’ve worn a lot of hats along the way. That experience ultimately brought me to Cornerstone; a place where I have truly put my skills to work for my clients. My expertise includes Conventional, VA, USDA, and FHA loans, along with Bank Statement programs for self-employed borrowers and DSCR financing for both new and experienced investors. I am a top performer in Alaska Housing programs as well and a benefit especially for my Alaskan clients. For loan projects involving Land purchases, Construction builds, or Condo financing, I coordinate closely with builders, engineers, and industry professionals to manage the additional layers these loans require. My goal is always to simplify complex transactions and deliver clarity and reliability at every step.
I believe in living what I help my clients achieve. I’m constantly editing, and renovating my own home, intentionally creating a space that feels like a private getaway in the heart of Alaska. When your home feels like a vacation, it transforms and revitalizes daily life. I am a proud military mom to two wonderful daughters, an Elks volunteer, and someone who loves homesteading, boating Alaska’s waters, and camping with my husband, family and community are at the center of everything I do. And when I find a quiet moment, you’ll likely find me enjoying a good TV series or movie.
