Meet Rhonda

Rhonda Johnson loves what she does. You can see it the second you meet her. For her, helping people purchase their first home or invest in real estate is an honor and a joy. Her undeniable positivity, genuine thoughtfulness, and honest guidance help her connect with each and every client. And as their biggest cheerleader, she is 100% dedicated to helping her customers achieve their goals now and in the long term.

Rhonda launched her mortgage career in 1983. Over the years, she’s worn many hats including processor, underwriter, and closer. As an originator, Rhonda has been a consistent Top Producer. She is also a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS), continuing education instructor for the State of Alaska, and recipient of the Soldotna Chamber of Commerce Excellence in Profession Award.

There’s no other state Rhonda would rather call home than Alaska. She enjoys fishing, fishing, and fishing, and has been known to fish every once in a while. She’s also the “hostess with the mostess,” and likes throwing themed parties at her home. Rhonda’s most treasured pastime is family time; she’s blessed with 7 beautiful children and 8 adorable grandchildren.
