Steven Di Lucca has a passion for educating and instilling confidence in his clients so that they are comfortable with the home buying process. He believes that transparency and simplicity inspire confidence and empower clients to make mortgage decisions that are right are for their families.

For the last decade Steven has brought his passion for serving others to the mortgage industry. After graduating from Gonzaga in 2007 with a Business degree in marketing and finance, Steven jumped right into the mortgage industry. He listens to clients to understand their needs, identifying loan options that work with their short term and long term goals. Steven walks alongside his clients every step of the way so that feel comfortable with the process. He is committed to home buyers beyond the closing table, ensuring that as circumstances change, their loan program will continue to support their goals.

Raised in southern Idaho, Steven has called Spokane home since his years at Gonzaga. When he is not educating homebuyers, he delights in spending time with his wife, Jocelyn, and daughters Gianna and Siena. Steven is a passionate outdoorsman and loves skiing, hiking, backpacking and road tripping. Steven and Jocelyn enjoy the closeness of extended family, a tight-knit circle of friends and a church community that brings them deep joy.
