Today, she serves as a Client Relations Manager, where she supports both clients and business partners every step of the way, from initial questions to closing day and beyond.
With a strong focus on communication and relationship-building, Jenna is often the first point of contact for borrowers. She takes pride in making the loan process feel approachable, clear, and stress-free, ensuring everyone she works with feels informed and supported. Her attention to detail and genuine care for others make her a trusted resource throughout the transaction.
Known for her friendly and outgoing nature, Jenna thrives on building meaningful connections and delivering a high level of service. She believes that every client deserves personalized guidance and works hard to create a positive experience from start to finish.
Outside of work, Jenna enjoys getting creative through crafts and sewing, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her dogs and cat. She brings that same creativity and heart into everything she does, both personally and professionally.
