Originally from Brazil, Kate moved to the United States at the age of 16 and discovered early on a deep passion for guiding others through meaningful life milestones. Since entering the home lending industry in 2014, she has dedicated herself to serving homebuyers with integrity, excellence, and heart.

Kate is passionate about creating strategic buyer initiatives tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. She is especially proud of her role in helping develop and expand her team's ITIN loan program, which has opened the doors to homeownership for many underserved families.

With a strong commitment to delivering value and a seamless loan experience, Kate combines professionalism with a personal touch. Her clients appreciate her clear communication, reliability, and the genuine care she brings to every interaction.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, Kate is well-equipped to support a diverse range of homebuyers and provide an inclusive lending experience.

Outside of work, you’ll find Kate enjoying quality time with her family and friends. She’s a music lover with a deep appreciation for nature, travel, good books—and anywhere with a beach.

Lorena will help guide you through the ending stages of the process and help get you to the closing table. She’ll reach out with updates, coordinate between parties, and gather documents so you close on time!
