Nikki Sandoval-Belt has helped people find the right loan for their dream home since 2011. Backed by her program knowledge and clear guidance, her customers have all the information they need to make confident financing decisions. Nikki has built a competent team to be available at each step to personally answer questions or concerns and will be there as a trusted resource long after the loan has closed.

Before joining the mortgage industry, Nikki was a Realtor for five years. With her background in real estate, she can offer clients insight into the full scope of the home-buying experience. Nikki can also better communicate with and serve the needs of her clients’ Realtors. In all that she does, Nikki is dedicated to simplifying the mortgage process and providing remarkable service.

Born and raised in San Juan County, Nikki graduated from the University of New Mexico. She devotes much of her time to her amazing kids and their academic and athletic endeavors. Nikki’s daughter is currently in her second year of Medical School at the University of New Mexico and her son is in the 5th grade. Nikki also enjoys quality time with family and friends and experiencing all that the Four Corners has to offer.

Abby assists in gathering documentation, setting up files and works with all parties ensuring the loan transaction runs smoothly from start to closing. Diligent, enthusiastic, and with an outgoing personality to match her professional knack, she makes sure no detail is overlooked!

Abby was born and raised in New Mexico and attended San Juan College, where she graduated with an Associate of Marketing Degree. When she’s not in the office, Abby loves to be off the beaten path and in the fresh air, whether it be traveling to new places, hiking on a beautiful day, or going camping in the great outdoors.
