Unlike most lenders, we don't restrice investment property owners to 10 financed properties. Our clients can have an unlimited amount of non-owner occupied properties.

Perfect Credit Isn't Required
With a minimum of 620 FICO score requirement, a few credit blemishes wono't hurt qualified borrowers. Plus, the proof of the borrower's income isn't required.
