It is a first-class application for mortgage customers like you who are on-the-go! This simplifies your mortgage process by providing you with 24/7, mobile-friendly access to check your loan status, upload documents needed, and quickly contact your Loan Officer.
How do you access the portal?
Access your free and secure account with the login information you created when you prequalified online. Contact Karen Monroe if you haven't yet created a login, and we'll email you an invitation with a registration link. If you have already created a login, you can access the Borrower Portal now.

Frequently Asked Questions
When you first view the Borrower Portal, you will see your loan status bar across the top of your screen, a navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen, and your Loan Officer’s contact information for any questions you may have on the right-hand side of your screen.
To get your loan started, go to the navigation section named Initial Document Upload. There, you can begin uploading documents needed that are standard across all mortgage loans. You can upload from a desktop computer, or even snap a picture with a smartphone or tablet.
Once our team has received your application, we will also request documents that are specific to you and your loan program. You can find this under the navigation section named Upload Additional Documents. You may need to refer to this section later in the loan process after Underwriting has reviewed your information.
