Most recently, he helped launch Liberty Ridge Lending, a builder joint venture in North Carolina.

A Pacific Northwest native, Joe Lombardo was born and raised in the Seattle area and earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Finance from Seattle Pacific University. With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry—and the past 16 as Vice President of Southwest Washington & Idaho at Cornerstone—Joe currently oversees three high-performing loan production offices across the region.
Joe comes from a multi-generational legacy in real estate, land development, and home building, giving him a foundational understanding of the housing industry that began early in life.
