With more than 30 years in financial services, Kim Coons brings a strong foundation in employee development, project management, and leadership. Since joining Cornerstone in 2020, she has led initiatives that support team member growth, engagement, and long-term retention across the National Retail Division.

Kim discovered her passion for mentoring talent and developing systems that help people succeed early in her career. As Senior Director of Talent & Onboarding, she values collaboration, communication, and connection—setting the standard for excellence while creating an environment that’s empowering, fulfilling, and fun. Kim has been essential in helping Cornerstone create a more unified, culture-aligned onboarding experience.

She holds a BBA from Northeastern State University and is a Certified Scrum Master. Her professional training includes leadership and staff development programs focused on building high-performing teams, through The Bob Pike Group, Leadership Effectiveness, Predictive Index, and the Oklahoma Bankers Association.

A proud wife to John and mom to J and Hannah, Kim adores spending time with her family and cheering on her basketball-loving crew.

As Sr. Onboarding Specialist, Troy focuses on helping Team Members feel prepared, supported, and connected from day one. He’s spent over two decades in the industry—and more than ten years with Cornerstone.

Troy is passionate about helping others grow both in confidence and capability. He developed the original 24-week onboarding process for the Pacific Northwest Region and now plays a key role in expanding that framework across the National Retail Division. His educational background in business and teaching gives him a unique lens for creating both structured and people-centered programs.

Outside of work, Troy enjoys riding his Harley Road King, gardening, beachcombing, and spending time with his wife and grandkids.

Kelsey Ruby has more than a decade of industry experience and a passion for serving others with purpose and precision. Over her nine years at Cornerstone, she’s contributed to nearly every stage of the loan process—most notably as part of a high-producing loan officer team where she held multiple roles and led operations and sales efforts as Team Lead.

As Engagement and Onboarding Manager, she now helps new loan officers and teams integrate seamlessly into the company—without missing a beat in their service to clients and partners. Whether refining onboarding processes or building tools to remove roadblocks, she excels in helping originators save time, increase impact, and serve more families.

Kelsey is a proud mom to two young children—a five-year-old daughter and a two-year-old son—who keep her on her toes and bring plenty of joy to her days. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, hiking, camping, snow skiing, wakeboarding, scuba diving, and exploring new places around the world.

Lynne Wallis brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, spanning retail banking, investment advising, mortgage lending, and professional development.

Throughout her career, Lynne has demonstrated a strong commitment to developing others through training, mentorship, and leadership. She is known for her ability to simplify complex concepts, align people to purpose, and cultivate talent at every stage of professional development.

In her role as Talent Development Lead, she focuses on supporting Cornerstone’s growth strategy by investing in people, strengthening teams, and fostering a culture of learning, performance, and connection.

Lynne holds a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and Communications from the University of Oklahoma.

A native of Muskogee, Oklahoma, Lynne is a lifelong “Okie from Muskogee” and enjoys life with her husband, Ryan, and their three children: Kate, Jack, and Stevie.
