Bastrop County: Grant is up to 3.3% of the sale price or up to $15,000*
Nolan or Fisher County: Grant is up to 8% of the sale price or up to $12,000*
*Whichever amount is less.

Home purchased must be your primary home
Eligible Buyers
To qualify for the Bright Spark Grant, you must buy a home in Nolan, Fisher, or Bastrop County and:
- Be a first-time buyer (haven't owned in 3 years)
OR - Buy in a designated low-to-moderate income area
OR - Earn an income less than $63,519 for Nolan County, $63,519 for Fisher County, or $107,039 for Bastrop County**
**The income limit is less than 80% of the applicable county’s Area Median Family Income (AMFI). This informational material is not intended to be an exhaustive list of requirements to qualify for the Bright Spark Grant/CCB Funded Grant Assistance Program. Speak with your loan officer for details.
