Tara Bradley is the Senior Loan Advisor for the Kelly Zitlow Group, guiding clients confidently through their home financing journey. Since beginning her mortgage career in 2003 and working alongside Kelly for more than 16 years, Tara brings extensive industry experience, strong lending knowledge, and a solutions-focused approach to our clients.

Known for her proactive communication and attention to detail, Tara manages the loan process from the initial consultation through closing. She focuses on structuring financing that aligns with each client’s overall financial goals, whether purchasing a home, refinancing, or navigating more complex lending situations. Clients value her ability to simplify the mortgage process, anticipate potential challenges, and help position them for successful loan approval and favorable terms.

Tara holds a degree in psychology, which has strengthened her ability to listen carefully and understand each client’s unique needs. She follows financial markets and economic trends closely so she can share timely insights on interest rates, market conditions, and financing strategies. Her goal is always to help clients make informed decisions that support both their immediate homeownership goals and long-term financial plans.

Outside of work, Tara is a devoted wife and proud mom to twin boys and a spirited daughter who keep her busy with sports activities year-round. She is a dedicated Denver Broncos fan, enjoys working out at Shred 415, values reconnecting with friends, and occasionally plays golf with her husband. She also volunteers at her children’s schools whenever possible, reflecting her strong commitment to family and community.
