Bart entered the mortgage world after studying Business Management at Texas State University. Originally from Wharton, Texas, he has called Weston Lakes home since 2010, raising three wonderful children with his wife of 14 years. When he’s not serving homebuyers or spending quality time with his family, you can often find Bart out having fun on the golf course.

Kelly’s influence goes beyond loan origination in her role as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Cornerstone Capital Bank. She has spearheaded innovative sales and marketing strategies, which has positioned her as a forward-thinking leader in an ever-evolving industry. As an early adopter of video and digital marketing, Kelly launched her first YouTube channel in 2014, KellyOnYouTube.com, aimed at educating real estate professionals and building a strong personal brand. Her success with this platform resulted in a remarkable 35% increase in business within the first year and has become the foundation of her marketing platform.

In 2022, Kelly expanded her digital reach by launching a second successful YouTube channel, MortgageHowDoI.com, designed to empower consumers with essential knowledge about the home lending process. Through her channels, Kelly has become a trusted voice in the mortgage industry, which has led to appearances on “Designing Spaces” on Lifetime TV and hosting “The American Dream” TV show on CBS in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market from 2017 to 2021.
