His father's military career allowed Dan the opportunity to live in Germany, Cyprus, Washington DC, and Maine. In 1994 Dan moved to the Seattle area where he spent several years in the bar and restaurant industry before moving to mortgage banking. This experience helped to develop his excellent customer service skills. He also worked as an adventure vacation guide, specializing in mountain biking trips. In his free time, Dan enjoys, golf, snowboarding, off-road motorcycle touring and spending time with his two young sons.

While Jacob might not have known it at the time, growing up in Puyallup would lead him to his calling in the mortgage industry. "Some of my fondest memories happened in my childhood home," he says. "As a loan officer, there's nothing better than helping families secure their own homes so they can create lifelong memories."

Jacob joined Team Crowell after graduating from Pacific Lutheran University in 2007. Team Crowell takes a holistic approach to the mortgage process. They work closely with clients to find solutions that fit their immediate needs and achieve their long-term dreams. Like the rest of the team, Jacob truly cares about his clients and is fully invested in their success. Jacob's on-time closing commitment, honest guidance, clear communication, and accessibility (even after office hours) are at the core of his amazing service delivery.

Jacob devotes much of his time away from the office to his incredible family. Jacob and his wife, Julie, are blessed with three wonderful children, Avery, Carter, and Lola, who seem to get bigger every day. From parks, bike trails, lakeside fun, and mountain passes to downtown shopping, farmers markets, and Seattle's best sports teams, they enjoy all that the city has to offer. The Washburns are also active members at Bethany Community Church.

Outside the office, Jason enjoys hiking, attending live music concerts, and serving his community with Oakland Rotary. Passionate about music, he also plays drums in two nine-member bands, both with full horn sections. Married to Nati and proud dad to Leo and Sasha, Jason devotes his free time to making sure their orange tabby, Mishmish, is living his best life ever.

Bart entered the mortgage world after studying Business Management at Texas State University. Originally from Wharton, Texas, he has called Weston Lakes home since 2010, raising three wonderful children with his wife of 14 years. When he’s not serving homebuyers or spending quality time with his family, you can often find Bart out having fun on the golf course.

Patrick Zellar is a Senior Loan Consultant with Cornerstone Home Lending based in Orange County, California. With 36 years in Mortgage Lending and 3 Years prior in Real Estate, his financial back ground and Real Estate expertise covers 3 decades of experience and service. He has enjoyed his long career living and originating Mortgages for thousands of Homeowner's in many states and right here in Southern California. He's active on several local committees, the Laguna Board of Realtors, Newport Beach Association of Realtors, Treasurer for the Charitable Assistance Fund/LBOR and serves as Architectural Chair for his Home community of over 625 homes, to name a few. Patrick enjoys many hobbies, an avid car collector, off road racer, waterskiing, snowboarding and Golfing on those occasional calmer days.

Kelly’s influence goes beyond loan origination in her role as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Cornerstone Capital Bank. She has spearheaded innovative sales and marketing strategies, which has positioned her as a forward-thinking leader in an ever-evolving industry. As an early adopter of video and digital marketing, Kelly launched her first YouTube channel in 2014, KellyOnYouTube.com, aimed at educating real estate professionals and building a strong personal brand. Her success with this platform resulted in a remarkable 35% increase in business within the first year and has become the foundation of her marketing platform.

In 2022, Kelly expanded her digital reach by launching a second successful YouTube channel, MortgageHowDoI.com, designed to empower consumers with essential knowledge about the home lending process. Through her channels, Kelly has become a trusted voice in the mortgage industry, which has led to appearances on “Designing Spaces” on Lifetime TV and hosting “The American Dream” TV show on CBS in the Phoenix/Scottsdale market from 2017 to 2021.
